Responsibilities
  -  Business Development to identify and develop client relationships
  -  Source suitable candidates and brief them on opportunities offered by our clients
  -  Manage the process through interview to offer stage and beyond
  -  Meeting with clients to discuss requirements
  -  Headhunting
  -  Hitting agreed team & personal weekly and monthly activity and sales targets


Most Important Attributes for this role include:
  -  Go getting attitude, excellent communicator with top drawer telesales and closing skills

 

Essential Skills/Experience:
  -  Minimum 12 months recruitment experience in either permanent or contract
  -  Proven record of delivering regular, major sales growth through new business development
  -  Excellent understanding of business and able to converse on a strategic/consultative basis
  -  Go getting attitude – hungry for success and will do what it takes to achieve it
  -  A “networker” and a "closer."
  -  Very hardworking – exceeds targets
